Here you will find the questions most frequently asked by our clients.
I will provide information concerning my firm as well as answers to the
most commonly asked legal questions.

Where is your office located?

We are located in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona. Our office is
located at 501 E. Oak Street. We are at the corner of 5th Street and
Oak Street in downtown Kingman.

Do you have handicap access to your building?

Yes – you may park in the rear of our building and enter through the
back door. Please call our office in advance to advise us of this need
as we generally keep that entrance locked to the public.

What are your business hours?

We are open Monday-Thursday 9-5. Closed on all holidays.

Do you work on a contingency basis?

No.

Do you do telephone consultations?

Yes, we require $350.00 deposit, copies of anything you may refer to
during the conversation and a cover letter briefly summarizing the need
for the consultation. Once we receive the deposit and copies, we will
schedule a time when the attorney and client can visit over the
telephone.

Do you take credit cards for payment?

Yes, we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Is there a charge to use a credit card?

In some situations there may be an additional charge for the use of a
credit card. We generally DO NOT charge anything additional for the use
of a credit card to pay the attorney fees.

Do you do house calls?

Yes – there is an additional fee for this service.

Why do you have to do a conflict of interest check before scheduling an appointment with the attorney?

It is important that the Attorney makes sure that he does not have a
conflict between any party. We must make sure that the Attorney has not
represented or consulted with any party that you are having a problem
with. We also need to be aware of potential witnesses and other
interested parties that may be adverse to your position so that we can
be sure we do not have any conflict of interest whatsoever.
